   Clients must be present at the designated pick-up location at the agreed-upon time. If there are any delays or changes to the pick-up or drop-off details, it should be promptly communicated to the transportation company.

3.Conduct and Behavior:

   Clients must behave respectfully towards the driver and follow any instructions provided by the driver or transportation company personnel. Any improper conduct, including abusive language or harassment, will not be tolerated.

4.Smoking and Consumption of Alcohol:

   Smoking or the consumption of alcohol or illegal substances is strictly prohibited in company vehicles. Clients must comply with all local laws and regulations regarding drinking and smoking in public spaces.

5.Damages and Cleanliness:

   Clients are responsible for any damages caused to the interior or exterior of the vehicle during their use. Vehicles must be returned in the same clean condition as received. Extra cleaning fees may apply for excessive dirt or spills.
